Storm water management (pollution prevention) plans for construction, industrial, and institutional sites/activities, assessments, sampling and testing, including permitting (404, etc.)

Emissions audits and assessments, permitting, equipment selection/design, installation, maintenance and repair, permitting (stationary: portable and fixed): especially crushing/screening for construction materials, ready-mixed concrete, hot-mixed asphalt, and other production facilities, coordinating testing and reporting activities and working with state agencies

Permitting and reporting, substitution and replacement, coordinating disposal and treatment, storage, planning, including SARA Title III and risk management

Permitting (zoning changes, special use/conditional use, high-impact, etc.) at local, state, and tribal level, site ownership and past use reviews, external impact assessment viewshed, traffic, fire assessment
